Warranty

Roll-N-Go warrants its components to be free from defects in material or workmanship, from the original date of sale for a period of 5 years when used in fresh water and a period of 2 years when used in or adjacent to salt or brackish water with for the exceptions set forth below:

Winch straps, winch cables, bunks constructed of wood, bunk carpeting shall be warrantied for a period of 1 year.

Some components which are manufactured by a third party are excluded and instead shall revert to the warranty provided by manufacturer of such components. These include, but may not be limited to winches, solar charging systems, canopy frames and canopy covers. Claims can be made to Roll-N-Go who will file on customer’s behalf.

There is no other expressed warranty. Roll-N-Go is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or injuries of any kind due to installation, removal, use, misuse, snow or ice, electrolysis, severe weather, acts of God, misapplication, or improper selection of one of our purchased or displayed products. Roll-N-Go agrees to repair or replace defective parts returned by prepaid freight to the factory and deemed defective by Roll-N-Go who may, at its discretion, require only photos be submitted in lieu of returning components to the factory. Warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause or if weight limits are exceeded or damage is caused by improper weight distribution.

Roll-N-Go is not responsible for removal, dismantling or reinstallation cost.

Implied warranties including that of merchantability are expressly limited in duration of this warranty. Roll-N-Go disclaims any liability for incidental or improper selection, removal, use, misuse, misapplication, neglect or improper selection of our product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
